Our membership plan is offered to patients who do not have dental insurance. Membership rates cannot be combined with other discounts or insurances. Cosmetic procedures and Invisalign are not included in discount percentage rate for procedures. CareCredit cannot be used to pay for membership fees. Exclusions: CBCT imaging, out-of-office care, products.
