Meet The Team

Rebeccah has worked in the dental field for 5 years in many areas of the office. She began her dental journey as an office manager but quickly moved to more hands on roles with patients as she fell in love with dentistry more and more. She has held positions as a chair side assistant, sterilization tech, Invisalign consultant, treatment planner, and patient coordinator. Driven by her love for meeting new people she takes pride in providing the most comfortable and educational experience at the dental office. Her goals include gaining further certifications in hopes to become an RDAEF2.

When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs on adventures across California. With a love for the outdoors and the ocean she has found California to be her new “home”.

Stephannie has been in the dental field for almost 10 years and has worked many roles in the dental office. Starting out as an assistant, she quickly realized how much she loved working one on one with the patients and soon became a treatment coordinator. After a few years, she decided to advance her career even further and continue her education by going to dental hygiene school. She now loves her role as a dental hygienist and is very passionate about creating meaningful relationships with each of her patients.

Born and raised in the beautiful island of Saipan, (CNMI/Guam), her happy place is at the beach. When she’s not cleaning teeth, she spends her time with her husband and 3 sons in sunny San Diego.

Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, Jessica is committed to making each patient’s dental visit a positive and educational experience. She takes the time to educate patients about the importance of oral health and collaborates with them to create personalized home care plans that promote long-term wellness.

With over 22 years of hands-on experience, Jessica has honed her skills in providing comprehensive dental hygiene care. As a licensed and certified Registered Dental Hygienist, she has worked with diverse patient populations, demonstrating an ability to adapt to individual needs and foster a comfortable and trusting environment.

Beyond the clinic, Jessica is mother to an adorable little boy, Quinn, and the founder of a small-batch body care company, Pure Organic World. When she is not caring for patients, you can find her at the beach with her son, fishing, camping, or at a live music event.

With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, including serving as a Dental Office Manager, Karina brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for patient care to her current role at Elghor Dental Studio. She loves helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their dental care, and she thrives on creating meaningful connections that make each visit as stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Karina is all about family. She feels fortunate to share life with her amazing husband and their two wonderful kids, who keep them happily busy at the soccer field most weekends. Balancing family, career, and her passion for helping others has shaped who she is today—and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
